-How long does shipping take?
For items that are in stock in my shop, shipping is approximately 2-3 business days from time of order. For custom items, most will ship within 2 weeks. However depending on type and intricacy of custom piece, shipping may take longer. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive email confirmation and tracking information. Email me with any questions.

-Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please email me BEFORE placing your order. Depending on where you are from shipping will vary.

-Who do you use to ship products?
All products are shipped via US Postal Service and include a tracking number. I will always email you this information as soon as your package goes out.

-How do I pay you?
Currently I only accept PayPal, but if you MUST pay another way, send me a message first and I'll get back to you with instructions.

-Do I need to follow certain care instructions with my new item?
Yes - Treat your new piece like a carefully hand made creation! This means no, you should NOT shower with it, swim with it, or otherwise "abuse" it. My pieces are not considered "costume" jewelry.

-Do you sell wholesale?
It depends on the item you want, and how many you are interested in. Send me an email with what item and quantity you would like and I can give you more specific details.

-Do you sell in large quantities? (i.e. companies, staff, etc.)
Yes! Depending on the item you are interested in, a custom quantity order can take anywhere fom 1 to 4 weeks. Please contact me for more information.

-Can you do custom work?
Yes! I get this question a lot and I would be more than happy to accomodate you! Send me an email and we'll start working on your custom creation!

-Can you do bridal sets?
Of course! I can custom create something for you or you are more than welcome to pick out one of my other designs. Send me an email to get more information.

-Do you do home parties?
Yes! If you are interested in hosting a home party please send me an email and I will send you an information sheet.

-What materials do you work with?
I like to work with almost anything - Fireline and seed beads are my forte, but I also do a lot of work with gemstones and crystals, namely Swarovski. I do not ever use plastic. Please see my About page for more information about this.

-Do you accept returns?
I will accept returns and issue a replacement or refund within 14 days of you receiving the item. If you are returning a defective item, the issue must not have been caused by the wearer (i.e. getting it wet, wearing it while cooking, etc.). I cannot take a returned item simply because you "didn't like it." Please also note if you are requesting a refund you will NOT be reimbursed for any shipping costs.
